STEP 1/8
[Making cold tomato soup] Cold noodle broth 1: Add 0.5 water. Tear the lettuce and cut the tomatoes into bite-size pieces. Think of it as cutting a thicker one.
STEP 2/8
I put in the mustard.
Since we used cold noodle broth, the seasoning was sufficiently adjusted, but it tasted a little bland, so we added lotus bran and added a stingy flavor.
STEP 3/8
Stir it gently so that the soft mustard melts well, and the cold tomato soup is complete. It's super simple. I think it took about 5 minutes
STEP 4/8
[Making ham kimbap] Add seaweed, salt, and sesame oil to white rice and mix them well.
STEP 5/8
I have prepared ingredients for kimbap. Crab meat, braised burdock, pickled radish, and fish cake, and shredded carrots. And I prepared fried eggs and sliced ham. Usually, they put a lot of smoke ham in gimbap, but you can also make it using this slice ham. Rather, you can make delicious gimbap with ham, pickled radish braised burdock, and carrots.
STEP 6/8
We use a lot of whole perilla leaves, but try using lettuce instead. It feels like a salad gimbap and has a more crunchy texture. I used lettuce because there are no cucumbers in it, and I enjoy making gimbap with lettuce. Spread the rice evenly on the laver and put lettuce on it.
STEP 7/8
And if you stack all the ingredients you prepared on top of the lettuce, that's it. Lastly, if you cover it with fish cake, it's very convenient to roll it.
STEP 8/8
The rice is spread out very thinly, so the rice is wrapped only on the outside, and the gimbap with a lot of ingredients is completed. It's like a salad with sliced ham.
If you keep the cold tomato soup in the refrigerator and take it out, you can eat it cooler and fresher.
