STEP 1/9
Prepare two 500mm bottles (or 1L bottles) by drying them after sterilizing them with hot water.
Wash the cherry tomatoes clean, remove the stem, and make a + shape with a knife.

Blanch it in boiling water for less than 10 seconds and then remove it.

If you blanch it a little, you will see a cut in it, hold on to the bristle and peel it off.

Prepare the sweetened water after peeling it clean.

2 cups of water, 1 cup of vinegar, 1 cup of sugar with a paper cup

Add 1 tablespoon of salt and 0.5 tablespoon of pickling spice.

Stir well and bring to a boil.

Put tomatoes (about 25 in a bottle) in a sterilized glass bottle and pour the boiled sweet vinegar water in a hot state.

After cooling completely, close the lid and put it in the refrigerator for a day (half a day in summer).
If you blanch tomatoes for too long, they will become soft and break. Pretend you put it in and out and blanch it.
