Place flour, salt, sugar and dry yeast in a strainer!! (If salt and dry yeast meet, it will delay fermentation, so please strain it so that salt and yeast do not touch each other!!!)

Put a wrap on it and do the first fermentation!! (Please ferment it while boiling it in hot water!)

Please divide it into 170g and give it a medium fermentation. Cover with plastic wrap so it doesn't dry and place in a humid and warm place for about 20 minutes!

Put these three in the mold and do the second fermentation. Ferment in a humid and warm place for about an hour. It should come up about 1cm above the bread mold!!

Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 30 minutes to color well.

If it's baked like this, it's done!! The round one is baked with the remaining dough!!
