Fried seaweed rolls...a good fried food for children
I made a lot of ingredients for flat rice dumplings and made seaweed rolls together. Jaewon likes seaweed rolls more than dumplings. Lol. I like it more because they made the inner ingredients as simple as they sell them at snack bars than when they used to make it with all kinds of ingredients.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/14
Spice onion, garlic, green onion, and ginger are ground with 1/3 cup water to make spice juice. Flat dumplings and filling ingredients are almost the same.
STEP 2/14
It's for the kids to eat...Strain the spice juice through a sieve.
STEP 3/14
Wash the blanched glass noodles 2-3 times, remove the water, and slice them. After mixing 0.5t of sugar, add 1t of flavored soy sauce and chop the chives into 1.5T,
Add 2 tons of spice juice and mix it.
STEP 4/14
Cut the carrots that are not in the flat dumplings into very small pieces, add 1T, and then add pepper at the end.
STEP 5/14
Sprinkle dry flour on the cutting board and place 3 sheets of dried seaweed on top.(Use one and a half sheets for regular seaweed) Fill only 2/3 of the filling. Apply water to the edge of the seaweed.
STEP 6/14
Roll it like kimbap. Make sure the wet edges touch the floor
Put it down and make a batter.
STEP 7/14
1C flour, 2T glutinous rice flour, potato starch, 1 egg yolk, 0.5t sugar,
Add 0.3 tons of salt.
STEP 8/14
Adjust the dough concentration with ice water. The batter is crispy with ice in it. The colder the dough temperature is, the more crispy it becomes.
STEP 9/14
First, coat the mouth of the seaweed roll with frying clothes and soak the body.
STEP 10/14
Fry the seaweed roll in 170 degrees of frying oil.
STEP 11/14
It's fried evenly in the front and back
STEP 12/14
After the first fry, put it on a Korean paper (kitchen towel) to remove the oil..
STEP 13/14
I fry it again before I eat it. Turn the tempura up and fry it at 180 degrees. That way, the batter becomes crispy. When it is slightly brownish, remove the oil and place it on Korean paper.
STEP 14/14
Cut it into bite-sized pieces with scissors...Mom's seaweed roll is done
Flour, glutinous rice flour, and starch are more crispy than the fried powder sold in the market. I put beef soup in seasoned soy sauce and made it...The seaweed roll tasted like beef. If you don't have seasoned soy sauce at home, even if you add 15g of beef brisket, the seaweed roll tastes much better. Seasoned soy sauce recipe> @6847410
