For Demiglas sauce, put pork cutlet or omurice on top
It's a sauce that goes up. Stir-fry 2 tablespoons of flour and 3 tablespoons of cooking oil on a pan.

1 tablespoon ketchup, 2 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon vinegar
Add 1 cup of water and stir slowly.
If you don't have enough water, add a little more water.
