Ingredients: 15 peaches, hot sterilized glass bottles, 2 and a half cups of sugar, 6 cups of water, 1 spoon of lemon juice, 1/3 teaspoon of salt
Measurement is done with paper cups, teaspoon, rice spoon
I chose peach, but you can use peach

The first thing to do is disinfect the glass bottle with hot water
Remove all skin from the peach or white peach
It's hard, so I used a filler to remove the skin
If it's a soft white peach, peel it gently with your hands^^

Add 2 1/2 cups sugar and 6 cups water.

If you don't like it too sweet, you can reduce the amount of sugar.

Put it on a gas stove and boil it over high heat.

When it starts to boil, turn down the heat to medium and stir until sugar and water mix well
Remove any bubbles that come up.

Remove the foam and add 1/3 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon lemon juice and boil for about 20 minutes.

If you boil it for too long, it's not the texture of canned peaches, but it's too soft
I think 20 minutes is enough^^
