Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
I made the dough in the baking machine. Rice flour does not require primary fermentation, so it saves a lot of time than flour bread.. The dough from the baking machine was divided into three pieces, covered with plastic, and fermented for 15 minutes.
STEP 2/4
After the middle fermentation, I folded the dough into a bread shape and put it in a bread mold.
STEP 3/4
I did the second fermentation with the steam fermentation function in the steam oven at my house. It swelled up with steam fermentation. I put milk water on the top.
STEP 4/4
It was baked in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 25 minutes. As soon as I got out of the oven, I applied melted butter.
