Ingredients
  • Potato
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt
  • Butter
  • Honey
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Wash the fresh potatoes thoroughly and slice them thinly
It's much better if you use a chopping knife
Soak potatoes in water to remove starch
STEP 2/6
Drain the potatoes and fry them in hot oil until golden brown
STEP 3/6
Put the fried potatoes in a strainer and sprinkle a little salt when it is hot

Boil butter and honey in a pan
(Butter: I think the ratio of honey is 1:2.)

When it boils, turn off the heat, add the fried potatoes, mix them quickly, spread them over a wide area and cool them down

Fry the potatoes and season them with salt
It's salty, sweet, and savory when mixed with honey butter
Since I made it myself, I can feel the flavor of butter and the sweetness of honey
The gloss of the honey is growing. It's really good^^
