  • Milk
    500ml
  • whipped cream
    250g
  • Salt

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Put milk and whipped cream together in a pot.
STEP 2/5
Add salt and mix lightly. It doesn't matter if you don't add salt to enjoy it on a plain.
STEP 3/5
Add salt to high heat and bring to a boil lightly mixed. When it starts to boil, small drops form the edges
Turn off the light after 10 seconds. Add lemon juice and salt to this, mix lightly, make it tangled, and leave it at room temperature for about 5 minutes. If you stir a lot, it won't clump together, so be careful.

When it lumps together like soft tofu, transfer the fine cotton cloth to a sieve and drain the water.
STEP 5/5
After that, put it in a glass bowl and refrigerate it for about an hour to complete.
It can be cooked with simple ingredients at home and refrigerated for up to a week.
