Add salt to high heat and bring to a boil lightly mixed. When it starts to boil, small drops form the edges
Turn off the light after 10 seconds. Add lemon juice and salt to this, mix lightly, make it tangled, and leave it at room temperature for about 5 minutes. If you stir a lot, it won't clump together, so be careful.
It can be cooked with simple ingredients at home and refrigerated for up to a week.
