Barley shrimp... I actually bought it to make shrimp powder with natural seasoning I suddenly wanted to stir-fry it.. ^^ So I simply stir-fried it. Sometimes, I eat it like Yerang's shrimp cracker.. I sometimes just eat it. Because it's salty and sweet ^^

Ingredients
  • Barley shrimp
    1pack
  • Cheongyang red pepper
    2ea
  • perilla oil
    1ts
  • Soy sauce
    2T
  • Sugar
    1T
  • crushed garlic
    1ts
  • Sesame

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Put the shrimp on a dry pan over low heat
Please stir-fry it.
It doesn't taste good if it's soggy
Let's get rid of the moisture.
And if you stir-fry it, your legs and beard
It's dripping. You can use a sieve if you're lazy
You can stir-fry it without shaking it off. ^^
STEP 2/4
Mix 2T of soy sauce, 1T of sugar, 1ts of minced garlic, and sesame to make seasoning.
STEP 3/4
Slice two cheongyang peppers into the fried shrimp (you don't have to add it because it's your preference)
Add the seasoning that you made
Stir-fry over low heat to mix well.
Add 1ts of perilla oil and stir-fry slightly.
If it feels crispy, turn off the heat right away.
All you have to do is soak the sauce well.
If you stir-fry it for a long time, the shrimp burns!!
STEP 4/4
It's good as a side dish
You can just eat it
