STEP 1/11
Mix the amount of seasoning ingredients in a large bowl.
If you don't have cider, you have to increase the amount of sugar in the kelp stock.

It's definitely delicious when you put mustard in it Please make sure to put it in.

Mix the seasoning with a whisk so that the red pepper paste and mustard are well blended.

a handful of chicory (or lettuce), egg garnish (two eggs), 5 slices of radish, 1/4 carrots
Shred carrot and egg garnish, cut radish into 2~3cm width, and shred cucumber 1/3 degree. (It's on the cutting board, so it's not in the picture.)...)

Put the vegetables on top

Dissolve 2 servings of noodles for cold noodles and boil them in boiling water for about 1 minute.

If there is no cider, sour young radish kimchi soup is also good. Then you can add a tablespoon of sugar.
