Remove the intestines, eyes, and mouth inside the legs, put flour and salt in order, wash them in water, and cut them into 6cm long pieces,
Tip. The internal organs are inside the head. Cut it in half with scissors

Tip. Turn the pancake upside down and add some more cooking oil.
