I made it more delicious by adding garnish with Busan wheat noodles. It's instant wheat noodles, but..Garnish. I made a separate sauce...It has been reborn as wheat noodles with dignity. Cooking Steps
STEP 1/15
The Busan Wheat Noodles of Jeil Myeonso contain broth, sari, seasoned red-pepper sauce, pickled radish, sesame seeds, and seaweed garnish. If you don't have time, you can boil eggs and add cucumber salad...I will make garnish & sauce in 15 minutes with more care and make more delicious wheat noodles.
STEP 2/15
Cut the radish into 1cm thick pieces. I only use half of it. Slice it as thin as possible. For the half moon shape, cut the middle part separately.
STEP 3/15
Add 1T of sugar, 0.5T of salt, and 1T of apple vinegar and mix them together. After 10 minutes (in the meantime, grilling egg garnish), add 1T of red pepper powder and mix well.
STEP 4/15
Add half a cup of bottled water and add 1t of sesame salt and mix them together. Pickled radish is complete
STEP 5/15
Beat 2 eggs with 0.3t of salt. Put 1t of cooking oil in a heated frying pan and wipe well with a kitchen towel. Add egg water and make it as thin as possible. Lift the pan and turn it into a snail shape. Place the noodles on the side fire with water.
STEP 6/15
Turn the noodles over when they're cooked. When you turn it over, put the long wooden chopsticks in 1/3 of the place and turn it over. Make 3 sheets with 2 eggs.
STEP 7/15
You have to cool it down and cut it into quarters to make it as thin as possible to make it go well with wheat noodles. I think it goes better than boiled eggs.
STEP 8/15
I used the pork jangjorim at home instead of Pyeonyuk. Don't pickle cucumbers.
STEP 9/15
Cucumber salad has a better texture and a better color. (Cutting cucumber salad)
STEP 10/15
Rub the noodles with your hands to make them soft and boil them in boiling water. It cooks in 45 seconds to a minute. Stir with wooden chopsticks so that it doesn't stick to the pot.
STEP 11/15
Remove the foam before it starts to bubble and wash it off while rubbing it with both hands in cold water. Wash it until the water comes out clean and shake it off. (Cotton Elasticity)
STEP 12/15
Pour the pre-freezed broth, put the wheat noodles on top, put the seasoned red-pepper sauce on top, and put the garnish on top. Sesame seeds or sesame salt

Jaewon Mom's Sauce > Mix 4T of medicinal red pepper paste, 1 cup of bottled water, 1T of mustard, 1T of vinegar, and 1T of sesame salt that you made a few days ago. Taste it first and adjust it to your taste.
STEP 14/15
After I came back from exercising..I thought the two men in my house would not have enough wheat noodles, so I added yakgochujang to make perilla leaf wraps, and Ul Jae-won put yakgochujang on the rice ball.
STEP 15/15
I served the pickled radish as a side dish..The table is set up nicely.
