Ingredients for tangsuyuk sauce are vegetables and canned fruits
If you add bamboo shoots and pineapples, the texture is much better^^

Remove the fat from the meat and cut it into appropriate sizes
(1.52 cm thick and about 7 cm long)

Cut vegetables into appropriate sizes and marinate the meat with salt and pepper.

Finely chop the lemon juice and pour in 200ml of water.

Add 3 tablespoons of chili sauce, 2 tablespoons of ketchup, and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and mix well.

7 tablespoons of starch and 3 tablespoons of flour (if there is glutinous rice flour instead of flour) in marinated meat
Add 3 tablespoons of cooking oil and 200ml of water and knead.
(You can adjust the concentration of mayonnaise.)

Fry oil at 170 degrees for about 5 minutes and scoop it out.

If you don't have lemon syrup, put vinegar and sugar in 200ml water and taste it sweet and sour..
