STEP 1/20
Grind the carrots and prepare them.
STEP 2/20
Add eggs, white sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract to bowl.
STEP 3/20
It's a carrot cake, so I used organic coconut oil that doesn't smell like coconut. You can use it like regular vegetable oil when you make food.
STEP 4/20
Please use a whipping machine to loosen it.
STEP 5/20
Mix the liquid coconut oil in number 3.
STEP 6/20
Sift together gravitational flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon powder, and nutmeg powder.
STEP 7/20
Add ground carrots, please.
STEP 8/20
I'd like some ground blood, please.
STEP 9/20
Apply iron plate brothers or cut parchment paper into a pan and pour the dough.
STEP 10/20
Bake at 175 degrees for 45 minutes. Test the skewer, take it out, and when it's cooked, take it out of the mold and cool it down. (Bake it for 43 minutes at 170 degrees for Unox oven.)
STEP 11/20
When it cools completely, slice it into quarters.
STEP 12/20
Whip the butter and cream cheese at room temperature, add the sugar powder and turn to a blender until smooth cream.
STEP 13/20
Add the whipped cream, please.
STEP 14/20
Add vanilla extract, vanilla bean and vanilla paste.
STEP 15/20
Scoop cream into sliced carrot cake.
STEP 16/20
Apply it with a spatula.
STEP 17/20
Put on all four sheets and put them on top.
STEP 18/20
Apply it all over. (I'll put cream on the top, so you can apply it lightly.)
STEP 19/20
Squeeze it with a chiffon tip and decorate it with carrots.
STEP 20/20
You can just decorate the top of the carrot cake. (
She only decorated the top, so I applied frosting all over ^^)
If you don't like carrots but don't like carrot cake, you haven't seen it yet. ^^ It's a cake that you can't help but make your hands go by because of the scent of cinnamon
