Trim the leaves of the pepper leaves
Please wash it thoroughly.
It's fun to trim red pepper leaves.

Put a pinch of salt in boiling water
Blanch the pepper leaves for 30 seconds.
Put it in cold water, drain it, and squeeze the pepper leaves
Squeeze the water.

Put 1T of sugar, 4T of soy sauce, 1ts of minced garlic, 1T of red pepper paste, and 2T of red pepper powder in a pot over low heat
Bring to a simmer.
*You can make a sauce and season it

Put the drained pepper leaves in a bowl
Add the sauce, sesame seeds, and 1ts of sesame oil and mix well.
You don't put the sauce after it cools down, but you put it in hot, so be careful with your hands.

I put water in rice and seasoned red pepper leaf and vegetables
It's really good if you eat it!
*There is red pepper paste in the sauce, so if you don't like sweet side dishes, cook without sugar.*
