Today, I'm going to post an old Chinese restaurant-style jajang recipe for my parents. If you eat jjajang with pickled radish, you can get rid of the greasiness. Reference Recipe @6850282

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/24
Prepare the ingredients.
If you have cabbage, add it together, and if you like spicy taste, add peppers.(I don't have one, so pass!)

I'm going to fry the black bean paste, so I added enough oil.
STEP 3/24
Make sure how much it is :)
I used the leftover oil to stir-fry vegetables.

Put oil in the heat between 2 and 3 layers and add black bean paste

Stir to mix the black soybean paste and mix.

Carefully stir-fry the black bean paste.

If you fry it weaker than asphalt, the black soybean paste is complete.
I stir-fry a can of black bean paste and use half of it to make jajang rice
I kept half in the freezer :)
Use oil to stir-fry the ingredients below.

First, cut zucchini, carrot, and onion
The size is similar
I cut my finger into 1 joint length.

You can shred sesame seeds and cucumbers, or put peas and corn on top.
Stir-fry the black soybean paste in oil. You can prepare vegetables according to your preference and stir-fry them with the ones that take a long time.If you like dilute black bean noodles, add more water.
