Golden recipe for cool jellyfish salad to beat the heat
Today's cooking recipe is I went to a country house and made a jellyfish salad that my parents wanted to eat :) I made it comfortable because it can be used with ingredients for gimbap and jajangmyeon :)

Cooking Steps

Put vinegar 3 and salt 1 in water and soak jellyfish for 2 hours

My parents really liked it and ate it well. My parents said that the spicy taste is a little less... I can't eat spicy food, so.. I only added wasabi and lotus root;; You can taste it while cooking and add it. It's spicy, sour, and sweet seasoned jellyfish salad! When I blanched jellyfish once, it was better because the texture was more chewy than I thought I think it was more delicious because there was a soft bean sprouts than bean sprouts. :) It tasted different from seasoned bean sprouts :) I recommend this menu on weekends or when many family members eat it! It tastes neat when I eat it with meat!!
