Please prepare beef for bulgogi. (Based on about 500g)
I put it in Sing Singo, so it's a little frozen.

The key point of the beef bulgogi golden recipe is the ratio.
Soy sauce, sugar and oligosaccharide should be 1:1.
So if the soy sauce is 6 spoons, add 3 spoons of sugar and 3 spoons of oligosaccharide.

6 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 3 tablespoons of oligosaccharide
Add 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon garlic, and half a tablespoon pepper.
It's said that the flavor of beef bulgogi gets better with sesame oil.

What fruit do you put in when marinating beef bulgogi?
I usually put pears or apples in it.. There are a lot of people who put in pineapple and kiwi, right?
When I make it, pineapples and kiwis make the meat tender, but they make it soft quickly.
So if you stir-fry the meat, it often breaks.
When adding kiwi and pineapple, it should not take more than 30 minutes to marinate meat.

In the golden recipe for beef bulgogi, the point was to add a tablespoon of apple.
I also ground the apples on the grater and put them in.
Because apples make meat much softer.. It's much lighter and softer than not putting it in.

I ground an apple and put it all in. There were two tablespoons of wine.
And mix the seasoning well.
