STEP 1/13
Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 2/13
Cut the radish in pieces
STEP 3/13
Cut the green onions, onions, and carrots into appropriate sizes. (I cut the green onions more afterwards.)
STEP 4/13
Put pork and radish in a pot and add red pepper powder/minced garlic/dark soy sauce/pepper. I'll put in half a cup of water first
STEP 5/13
Turn on the gas and start frying over high heat. The half cup of water you put together will prevent the sauce from burning and mix it well.
STEP 6/13
Stir-fry the pork until it's cooked and add 4 cups more water
STEP 7/13
Add onions, carrots, and green onions.
STEP 8/13
After mixing it once, turn up the gas heat to the maximum and boil it.
STEP 9/13
In the meantime, cut one tofu into thick pieces
STEP 10/13
Once it boils, add anchovy sauce and season to taste.
STEP 11/13
After you season it, add tofu
STEP 12/13
If you add tofu and boil it again, the pork stew is complete
STEP 13/13
The soup is cool and spicy by coloring it with red pepper powder!
Add a lot of green onions
You don't need to use the broth separately, but you can season it with anchovy sauce.
