STEP 1/9
Add quail eggs to the boiling water.
STEP 2/9
Take out the cringe-worthy plate and boil it for about 15 minutes.
STEP 3/9
Immediately soak the well-boiled quail eggs in cold water and drain them.
Be patient and peel one by one by one.^^ (I'm not good at this kind of thing, but I tried peeling it with all my heart.)

Wash the peeled quail eggs in cold water two or three times. If you do that, the skin residue you see above will come off clean.
STEP 5/9
Add soy sauce and water and start preparing the sauce.
STEP 6/9
Add onion (1/2), green onion and garlic. Please add some pepper and mirin. Add sugar, oligosaccharide, and plum extract.
STEP 7/9
When the sauce boils, add quail eggs. Boil it down on high heat.
STEP 8/9
When sauce is halved, add onions.
STEP 9/9
Add the cheongyang peppers and boil for about 5 minutes, season and remove from heat.
