"Gambas al Ajillo" (casual ajillo)
Gambas al Ajillo is a shrimp dish also known as cashews. Gambas means shrimp and Ahillo means garlic sauce, which is a Spanish dish that is boiled with shrimp and garlic in oil. It tastes better if you put shrimp on hard bread like baguette or dip bread in oil. If you add a glass of wine to this, it's icing on the cake!
