STEP 1/8
Please prepare enough ingredients.
Chop spinach into appropriate sizes, and chop onion into small pieces. Chop the cheongyang peppers, too.

Mix 1T of oyster sauce, 1T of water, 1T of fish sauce, and 0.3T of honey well to make the sauce.

Mix ground pork with 1T of refined rice wine and pepper.
STEP 4/8
Put 2T of cooking oil in a pan and add chopped green onions to make green onion oil over low heat.

When green onion flavor comes up, add ground pork and cheongyang red pepper and stir-fry over high heat for about 3 minutes.

Then add chopped onions and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
STEP 7/8
Add the sauce and stir-fry it for about 20 seconds
STEP 8/8
Add spinach and turn off heat. Cook spinach with remaining heat in the pan and it's done. Add salt if it is bland after tasting it.
*Please prepare fried eggs separately!
The fish sauce is not strong, so you can add a little more fish sauce instead of salt if you like.
