STEP 1/12
Ingredients: 1 potato, 1/3 cup starch powder, 1 spoon of parsley powder, 2 spoons of Palmer acid cheese, a little herb salt, cooking oil
The size of a potato is the size of an adult's fist. This recipe is based on one potato
If you don't have starch powder, you can replace it with flour or frying powder, and if you don't have parsley powder, you can pass!
STEP 2/12
First, wash the potatoes clean and remove the skin.
When I make french fries, I prefer a big potato the size of an adult's fist to a small potato^^
STEP 3/12
Think of the french fries from the hamburger place and cut them into long pieces
I like thick ones, so I cut them thicker than the french fries at the hamburger place
Remove starch by putting long sliced French fries in cold water for 10 minutes.
STEP 4/12
Remove the French fries from the water and drain them after 10 minutes of cold water.
I used a kitchen towel to remove some moisture^^
Or microwave it for about 3 minutes.
STEP 5/12
Now prepare a sanitary bag and add 1/3 cup of starch, 1 spoon of parsley, and 3 times of herb salt,
STEP 6/12
Put air in the bag and shake it to mix.
STEP 7/12
Open the envelope again and put the drained potatoes in
STEP 8/12
Add air again and shake the powder and potatoes to mix well.
STEP 9/12
Prepare enough cooking oil to cover the potatoes, heat up the oil, and drop a couple of drops of powder. If the powder comes up
Then, put in the fries.
STEP 10/12
Fry the potatoes in the oil for about a minute, place them on a sheet of oil, cool them down, and fry them for a second time.
You have to fry it twice to make it crispy and well-cooked.
STEP 11/12
Sprinkle parmesan cheese evenly over well-fried French fries.
STEP 12/12
French fries are done!!!
