I heard that raw octopus doesn't touch tap water, so I just grabbed my head and pulled my legs down to finish trimming.
See @2525795 for flour preparation

I'm going to blanch my hair without removing the intestines, so I cut it so that it doesn't break and set it aside.

If you mix it like this, the sauce is done.
STEP 5/8
Chop an onion and put it in a storage container.
STEP 6/8
Add sliced octopus as big as you want.
STEP 7/8
Add two sliced cheongyang peppers
STEP 8/8
If you put the sauce on it, it's done.
- It's better if you ripen the finished octopus and savi in the refrigerator for a day or two Of course, it was delicious even if I ate it right away...^^
- It is also recommended to store it in the freezer for a couple of hours before eating and eat it coolly!!
- Just before eating, sprinkle with sesame seeds, hemp seeds, etc. and add radish sprouts.
