Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Put a bag of dongchimi naengmyeon broth in a pot and add a cup of water to it.
The reason is that they add extra kimchi soup.
Please add a cup of water and an additional cup of kimchi soup to season. Then, put it in the refrigerator to make it cooler.
STEP 2/6
Now that the broth is ready, we just need to season the kimchi a little bit. Chop the kimchi.

Add a tablespoon of sesame seeds to the sesame oil and mix them well.

Now you just have to put it in a bowl.
I put dandelion leaves in blue. You can use other green vegetables. For example, cucumbers are good. You can also tear the lettuce and put it in.
If you want more garnish, you can cut carrots, but just green leaf vegetables and kimchi!!! That's what I did.

Add kimchi seasoned with sesame oil.
