STEP 1/6
It's hard to make anchovy broth every time, right?~That's how I feel
I buy and use anchovy extract^^
You can make broth or you can buy it like me
STEP 2/6
As you all know, dried seaweed needs to be soaked in water
Don't soak in the water for too long!
I heard that if you leave it for a long time, even good ingredients will melt
Good^^
It'll get swollen as it boils, so call it within 5 minutes
I ate 20 servings of dried seaweed, and I got all of it
It's a lot, but if you boil it and eat it, it's not 20 servings
I think it's working. .
I think it was measured with a small soup bowl
And japchae. It's not that much if you make it. ^^
Seaweed will swell, so keep that in mind
STEP 3/6
You know, rice water is water that comes out when you wash rice^^
Throw away the first one and rinse the second and third one
You can use it with water
If you put this in, seaweed soup is more savory than plain water~~
But it's good with a bit of perilla powder
STEP 4/6
Put a bit of sesame oil in the pot and stir-fry the soaked seaweed well
Oh, give it to me
It's good to use a small amount of sesame oil because when there's a lot of oil, it's less light
STEP 5/6
Add the rice water and add enough anchovy broth or bottled water
I'll put it in
There's no fixed amount of waterIf you like it with a lot of soup, a lot!
If you like it with a lot of ingredients, adjust it to your taste
It's strong~~
Mothers' seaweed soup has a lot of soup for reference
STEP 6/6
Lower the heat and cook seaweed soup
It's strong~~
Season it with soy sauce and salt
I added anchovy extract, so the color of the soup is
The sun was about to set, so I seasoned it with the rest of course
If you boil it with only rice and bottled water, a little bit of soy sauce
Make it taste and color
If you put too much soy sauce, the color of the soup isn't good
Add moderately and season with salt
I put in and don't put in garlic,
I don't put it in seaweed soup to my taste
