STEP 1/11
Soak crucible and miscellaneous bones in water for about 3 hours.
STEP 2/11
When the blood comes out, wash it clean and put it in a stock pot. Pour water only enough to cover the crucible and turn on the heat
STEP 3/11
Just before the water boils, turn off the heat, throw away the impurities and blood that came up, and pour the water again, and do the same until the impurities don't come out 3-4 times
STEP 4/11
Finally, wash the crucible and bones clean under running water, pour plenty of water, and start boiling
STEP 5/11
Remove the oil and simmer for about 2 hours before removing the bones and crucible.
STEP 6/11
After cooling it down, cut the meat on the bones into bite-size pieces
STEP 7/11
Cut the crucible and separate it from the bone.
STEP 8/11
I'll chop the green onions, too.
STEP 9/11
Put the separated bones back in a stock pot and boil until the white soup boils. (Put the boiled broth separately and boil the bones three times in the same way and mix them all.)
STEP 10/11
Remove the bones and boil the sliced boiled pork again in the soup.
STEP 11/11
Put it in a bowl, add green onions, and season it according to your taste. If you want to keep it
Cool it down, put it in a zipper pack, keep it frozen, and boil it whenever you need it.
It's not easy to boil it for hours at a time at home. You can boil it whenever you have time. However, you have to boil it frequently until it is completed so that the soup does not go bad.I also finished it in three days.
