Making a potato with that salad
Potato egg salad mixed with mayonnaise sauce using boiled potatoes and boiled eggs. You can make it quickly except for the time it takes to boil it. This time, I ate it with pork tenderloin steak that I bought at Costco, and if you have bread, you can make it simple in the morning with a sandwich and it's great as a lunch box.

Cooking Steps

First, boil the potatoes and eggs.

I wanted to add the texture of the meat, so I added sausage ham. Grill the ham slightly in the pan and chop it up.

Prepare boiled eggs by chopping them. Chop all the egg whites.

Add crushed eggs to the fourth ingredient and mix them well

Add a lot of magical mayonnaise sauce. Add as much as each ingredient is tangled and clumped together. Don't put a lot in from the beginning and mix it little by little to adjust the concentration.

Add balsamic sauce, olive oil, salt, pepper, and mix well. Lastly, sprinkle parsley powder and parmesan cheese powder to complete the instant salad.

You can eat it like steak, or you can eat it with garlic wrapped in lettuce wrap. If you want to have steak, it's good to have a potato with that salad and a salad. I'm full with salad made of balsamic sauce and potato and that salad, but I'm full after eating meat.
