Making walnut tarts that go well with the scent of cinnamon
I made walnut tart, one of my favorite tarts^^ *Tart dough recipe modified a little! So you can't make it with the recipe from the video captions!* * 18cm diameter tart mold.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
(Tartzie/Part Shucre) Cream the soft butter and sugar in a bowl, then mix in the yolk + vanilla extract twice.
STEP 2/11
Add the powder half by half and mix.
STEP 3/11
If you can't see the powder, lump it together.
STEP 4/11
Place dough in plastic and rest in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
STEP 5/11
When the tissue is finished, roll the dough to a thickness of 0.3 to 0.4cm.
STEP 6/11
Shape the dough into a mold and make a hole with a fork. Place in refrigerator while filling.
STEP 7/11

Blanch walnuts in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain with kitchen towel. Then bake at 180 for 5 minutes. *You can fry it in a non-greasy frying pan! *You can skip this step!
STEP 8/11
Put the eggs in a bowl and beat slightly. Then add sugar, starch syrup, cinnamon powder and vanilla extract and mix evenly. *If you use brown sugar rather than white sugar, the color comes out prettier!

Place walnuts evenly cut into appropriate sizes.

Bake at 170 for 35 to 40 minutes. *While baking, the center swells up and when it cools, it sinks again!
