Late at night, late at night when I work or when I'm hungry, sometimes I order chicken and jokbal. Make chicken mayo when there is chicken left, and jokbal naengchae when there is jokbal left.

  • Carrot

  • thick soy sauce

  • plum extract

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut onions, water parsley, and carrots into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/6
Put jokbal in the microwave, too.
STEP 3/6
Add seasoning to the vegetables and mix them well
STEP 4/6
Put it on a plate.
STEP 5/6
Put the remaining sauce on top of the seasoned vegetables
STEP 6/6
It's done. It was chewy jokbal, fresh water parsley, and delicious jokbal naengchae.
