Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Sieve the salmon in the can and drain all the soup. If there is any soup left, it can become muddy when filling the dumpling.
Slice the green onion thinly to a thickness of 0.1cm. (Also replaceable with white part of green onion)
STEP 2/5
Combine salmon, green onions, cheese, oyster sauce, and mayonnaise in a wide bowl.
STEP 3/5
Put the filling in the middle of the dumpling skin, put water on the edge of the dumpling skin, and carefully open it with your fingers. If there is a gap, cheese leaks out when baking.
STEP 4/5
Grill the dumplings with an oiled pan over medium heat.
STEP 5/5
When the side that touches the pan is browned, turn it upside down and bake the other side. After browning on both sides, place 1/2 ladle of water in the pan and quickly close the lid. As steam is generated in the pan, it serves to cook the inside moistly.
