You can add as much eggs as you like, so I think it's better to beat them as long as possible.

Put an egg on the oiled pan

After folding it once, I cut the cheese in half and put it on top!

Then, roll it and add more egg water until the end.

Cool it down a bit and cut it, and you're done with the cheese egg roll. I think the reason why there are so many layers of eggs is because they're cooked too much when you pour them into the pan. I'm going to roll it when it's not cooked. But the taste was good. Next time, I'm 100% sure I' It seems easy but it's hard. It has cheese in it, so it's delicious because it's salty even if you don't go separately.
