Cooking Steps

Ingredients: takoyaki powder, katsuobushi (gadarangipo), takoyaki sauce, green laver powder, mayonnaise,
chives, octopus, tenkatsu, cooking oil, takoyaki pan
STEP 2/22
If you go to a place that sells Japanese ingredients, they sell takko powder, tenkatsu, and blue seaweed flakes like that
I purposely bought a large portion. I'm going to leave it and eat it Hahaha
If you don't have tenkatsu, you can use it instead by breaking shrimp or potato chips.
If you don't have Tako Powder, you can mix katsuobushi and pancake powder.

Prepare mayonnaise and takoyaki sauce.

I prepared green onions and sliced them^^

And I wasn't confident about touching octopus, so I bought a trimmed octopus separately
I tried to use dried octopus at first, but if you want to use dried octopus, it will take at least 4 hours
I used it for about an hour, but it was hard
So I bought the raw octopus separately, blanch it slightly, and rinse it in cold water.

If you blanch the octopus, cut it into small pieces and prepare it.
I cut it about 1cm by 1cm

I put 2 eggs in a taco powder and mixed it with water
The combination written on the bag is
It says 1kg of Tako Powder + 3,200ml of water + 6 eggs + 200ml of milk + 100ml of all-round again, so please refer to it.

Prepare a takoyaki pan.

Coat the pan with enough oil.

Now turn on the heat, heat the pan, and when the pan heats up, turn down the heat and pour the batter to a full extent.

If you don't have a stick, you can use chopsticks.
