First, prepare spam ham and tofu flour.

Cut tofu into 0.5cm thick pieces and fry it in a pan with cooking oil until golden brown.

Classic spam ham is cut into smaller thicknesses than tofu and coated with flour.

Spread rice as thick as tofu on top of classic spam ham.

Then, put grilled tofu on top of it and put classic spam ham again.

Dip it evenly in egg water.(Apply another layer of flour and egg wash to coat it better.)

Place in an oiled pan and cook back and forth.

Cut it into bite-size pieces.
Spam ham itself was seasoned, so I didn't season it. To make it more boring, cut the thickness of the tofu bigger, spread the rice on the top spam ham, and then put it on top. (Taste the spam first and adjust it.)
