Beef bulgogi
When I was young, there was a bulgogi restaurant in Cheongnyangni where my family often ate out. I think it's gone now, but I was young at the time and I didn't have many opportunities to eat out with my family, so I think the beef bulgogi was more delicious. If I make it now, it doesn't taste like that, so I'm a little sad, but it's bulgogi with my mother's sincerity, so I make it with the hope that the children will eat it well. Without any special seasoning or recipe, it's quite easy to eat, so I'll reveal how to make beef bulgogi and ingredients.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Please prepare beef with bulgogi persimmon. You can press down with a kitchen towel to remove the blood.
STEP 2/9
Add 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 1 tablespoon mirin and minced garlic and mix. Sugar is a seasoning that helps softening.
STEP 3/9
Cut the onion in half and cut it in shape.
STEP 4/9
Place meat, seasoning and onions together in a suitable bowl.
STEP 5/9
Pour the kelp water that you prepared in advance to the point where it becomes small.
STEP 6/9
Lastly, add sesame oil and mix well to marinate. Marinate it for at least an hour so that the seasoning is soaked, so you can put it in the refrigerator.
STEP 7/9
Stir-fry well-seasoned beef bulgogi in a well-heated pan.
STEP 8/9
When the beef bulgogi is almost done, add enoki mushrooms and stir-fry them well.
STEP 9/9
When you enjoy beef bulgogi with rice, put it in a suitable bowl and it's done. Beef bulgogi can be stir-fried and eaten as it is, and it is delicious even if you grab enough soup, add glass noodles and green onions, and enjoy it as bulgogi hot pot. Children eat beef bulgogi that is not spicy, so the whole family can enjoy it as a side dish, right?
