I prepared Depory, Anchovy, and Kelp as the ingredients for the broth. If you put anchovies in the freezer, it gets humid. In that case, heat a dry pan, add the defoli and anchovies, stir-fry them over high heat, and it doesn't smell fishy. These days, the weather is so hot that it's better to make enough broth than to make a lot of broth. But we need to serve 2 liters of broth to eat a meal.
