Cooking Steps
STEP 1/15
Chicken doesn't like steamed chicken with a lot of oil, so the skin of the large oil was ripped and washed to remove the water.

First, add enough water to cover the chicken. The tip is to remove impurities and first chicken smell by adding one side of the root of the green onion and three whole garlic.
