  • Cheongyang red pepper
  • Red pepper
  • water parsley
  • leek
  • enoki mushroom
  • Cheongju

  • crushed garlic

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
I bought a biological sea bream because it came into my favorite fish shopHah!
Sea bream is not oily and gives a clean, deep taste of soup
I sometimes boil a lot of soup using my head

Put kelp and radish in cold water
STEP 3/8
Add sea bream and start boiling~
The sea bream is so big that I only added the head and tail parts to make it

When it starts to boil, add 3 tablespoons of refined rice wine to get rid of the smell

Add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1/3 tablespoon of ginger, or ginger powder

Boil enough sea bream and season it when the broth comes out
When you use fish to make clear soup
Usually, people season it with salt
Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
Chop the salted shrimp and season it

Cut the cheongyang pepper and red pepper diagonally

Add enoki mushrooms, water parsley, and green onions and boil them
