I miss making my mom's fried rice
When I was growing up, I was always hungry after school. When my mom was hungry, she made fried rice for me! I remember the taste, so I called and asked what the secret was, and it didn't go in as much as I thought! It must have been a fried rice of memories that was more delicious because it was filled with the heart of my mother who loves my youngest daughter. You should try it, too. :)

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/17
Please prepare the ingredients first. Fried rice is good to use vegetables that are sleeping in the refrigerator :)

Cut the clean paprika into appropriate sizes.

Wash the onions and cut them into the same size

Wash carrots clean and cut into small dice.

Cut the green onion in half and shred it.

Please cut the beef into the same size as the carrot you cut earlier.

Put the eggs in a bowl, add a little salt, and beat them with chopsticks.

Blanch the beef in boiling water or pre-fry it in a pan like me and cook it first.

If the vegetables are cooked to a certain extent, add the cooked beef and stir-fry it again.

Stir-fry and season to taste with salt and pepper and mix well. I season it with 1/2t of salt and it's perfect^^ Just a little bit of pepper, too!

If you press the completed fried rice into the rice bowl and turn it upside down on the plate like in the picture, it will look like that, right? My mom did this, too^^

If the rice is hot, scoop it up in advance and cool it down. If you cut Cheongyang red pepper in fish sauce and add it to fried rice, you can recreate the atmosphere of Thai restaurants! ^^ I did what my mom told me to do, but why doesn't it taste like that? :-p
