Rice with salmon steak
Slice raw salmon, put a lot of onion slices on top of warm rice, sprinkle tarae sauce (bulk sauce) or teriyaki sauce, put wasabi on it, and put sliced raw salmon on top and radish sprouts on it. This is really good. I don't have an appetite and it's simple, but I think it's good to eat it deliciously.

I like the pepper flavor that's both savory and tangy. First, mix it well and take a bite, and the sweetness of the onion and the taste of the sauce go well together, so it goes well with the slightly seasoned salmon steak. It's definitely because there are two types of protein, salmon and scrambled eggs, so it's filling after you empty a bowl.
