Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
First, prepare green peppers by washing them cleanly under running water. I added a little bit of Cheongyang chili pepper to add more spicy taste

First, chop the garlic into small pieces first.
STEP 4/13
Hold the pepper with one hand and cut it into quarters. Make a cross shape first

Cut it into small pieces.

Prepare a handful of small anchovies. (If you use large anchovies, you can chop them after removing anchovy droppings and fine bones.)
STEP 7/13
Put only the remaining anchovies in a pot and slowly stir-fry them over low heat, and blow away the moisture.
STEP 8/13
When the anchovies become crispy, add 1 cup of water. (Just enough water to cover the anchovies) Raise the heat to high and boil it until the anchovies stock comes out.

Once it boils, put in the minced garlic and mix it

Then, add chopped peppers and boil it once over high heat. (If you boil it for a long time, think that the color of the peppers will change, and blanch it briefly and thickly.)

Lastly, add 1 spoon of soy sauce and 1 spoon of anchovy sauce to season it Add anchovy sauce to suit the taste of the insufficient liver.

After seasoning it, mix it once, turn off the gas and cool it down. (It's better to eat it cold than when it's warm!!)

It's delicious even if you mix it with rice. It's delicious even if you scoop it with a spoon. It's cleanly delicious red pepper sauce that can be used as a substitute for dipping sauce!!
Anchovies also have basic salt, so when you season them at the end, match them to your taste If you have homemade soy sauce, it's best to season it with homemade soy sauce!! I highly recommend home-cooked soy sauce^^
