Cooking Steps
STEP 1/17
For quail eggs, add vinegar or thick salt to the water
Boil for about 10 minutes, cool in cold water, and peel.
Peel as much as possible so that the whites don't burst
Eat what's popped and don't put it in jangjorim
When it bursts, the yolk pops out and the soup gets murky
It's messy

You can see that the skin is damaged...Don't make this jangjorim. I have to eat it
STEP 3/17
Prepare a long one with pork sirloin.
5-6 cheongyang peppers, 1 green onion, 10 slices of peeled garlic, 1 slice of ginger
If you put the whole chili pepper in the jangjorim, the soup is clean

If you eat a lot of beef with jangjorim, but it's too expensive
It's delicious with pork sirloin or pork fillet.
I bought 3,800 won worth of pork
Pork sirloin is cut into pieces.

Put 1~2 pieces of ginger and 3TS of refined rice.
Add enough water to cover the pork
Boil the meat for about 10 minutes first.
When it starts to boil, turn the heat down to low

After 10 minutes, put lotus root and boil it again

After about 10 minutes after adding lotus root, add green onion only.
I'll take the green onion and throw it away later

After about 20 minutes after you boil the meat and lotus root
Remove the green onion and throw it away. And
Add 1 cup of soy sauce (paper cup) and 3TS of soy sauce
Add 1 to 2TS of sugar.
And I'll put in quail eggs.
The soup should be like a picture.
Boil it over low heat for about 10 minutes.(It's been about 30 minutes in total)
If it's bland, add soy sauce

Boil it over medium heat for 5 minutes

If you don't eat it quickly after storing it with green onion and red pepper garlic, it will go bad easily.
In this case, you can either walk and eat it first or boil it again for about a week in the middle.
