Stir-fried vegetables with sauce

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
I cut the Vienna ham into quarters.
And the square ham is cut into the same size as Vienna.
I prepared the rest of the vegetable ingredients in the same size as ham.
If the ingredients are ready, shall we make it now?

Pour olive oil into a pan and add ham.
Add some pepper and stir-fry it.

After the ham is heated and stir-fried, put the asparagus in the freezer first.
STEP 4/7
When the asparagus has melted to a certain extent, add the minced garlic and stir-fry with the thought of mixing well so that the garlic does not clump.
STEP 5/7
If the garlic is well mixed, add all the ingredients and stir-fry.

When the onion is clear, add the sauce and stir-fry (except for the syrup).
If the sauce is well-fried, taste it.
You don't have to add sugar when you think sweetness is okay..
I added 2 tablespoons of maple syrup because I thought it wasn't enough.

Put the finished food on a plate!!
You don't need to add ingredients without 1. (Basic - ham, onion, paprika or bell pepper) 2 Sauce can also be replaced with teriyaki sauce and ketchup. (1:3) 3. If you can't eat spicy food, please take out the two leaders and Cheongyang chili peppers. (Replace with 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce)
