Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Make dough by adding 180g of warm water and 1 bag of Baekseol glutinous rice hotteok mix.
STEP 2/5
Remove the skin of the tangerine and slice it thinly.
STEP 3/5
Put 1 sliced tangerine and 20g of Sweetri Xylose sugar in a pan, boil it down, and cool it down enough.
STEP 4/5
Add (3) to the glutinous rice hotteok dough and add 10g of black sesame and hotteok jam mix together and close it well.
STEP 5/5
Pour cooking oil on a frying pan and cook hotteok over medium-low heat.
