Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Make dough by adding 180g of warm water and 1 bag of Baekseol glutinous rice hotteok mix.
STEP 2/4
Mix cream cheese, oligosaccharide, and lemon juice in a 2:1:0.5 ratio to make a hotteok filling.
STEP 3/4
Fill the hotteok dough with (2) and fold it well to make hotteok.
STEP 4/4
Grease a pan with cooking oil and bake hotteok over medium-low heat.
