Jeju Udo Peanut Hotteok

  • Hotteok mix

  • sunflower seed

  • Peanut
    4 TS
  • Cooking oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Make dough by adding 180g of warm water and 1 bag of Baekseol glutinous rice hotteok mix.
STEP 2/6
Add the enclosed 2 spoons of jam mix and 4 spoons of water and boil it down over low heat to make syrup.
STEP 3/6
Mix the rest of the jam mix, 2 spoons of peanut powder, and sunflower seeds to make a filling.
STEP 4/6
Fill the hotteok dough with 1 spoon of ingredients (3) and close it well.
STEP 5/6
Pour enough cooking oil in a frying pan and bake hotteok over medium heat.
