Braised Spicy Chicken with Potatoes
Dakbokkeumtang, also called spicy braised chicken and spicy chicken stew, is basic to cut chicken into pieces and boil it with spicy seasoning with various vegetables. As a traditional Korean dish, if you add enough potatoes, which are summer vegetables, and if you add enough vegetables, you can make braised spicy chicken that satisfies both nutrition and taste. If you add glass noodles and add a chewy texture, it will be perfect.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
The trimmed chicken is slightly blanched in boiling water, washed in running water, and drained by a sieve, and the glass noodles are soaked in cold water for more than 30 minutes and then drained by a sieve.
STEP 2/6
Peel carrots and potatoes with fillers and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Peel onions and cut them similar to potatoes.
STEP 3/6
Cut zucchini and eggplant into bite-sized pieces and slice green onions diagonally.
STEP 4/6
Boil chicken, water, and bulgogi seasoning in a pot, and when the chicken is about 2/3 cooked, add potatoes, onions, and carrots and boil for about 5 minutes.
STEP 5/6
Add eggplant and zucchini to 4 and boil. When it's cooked, add glass noodles and boil.
STEP 6/6
When the glass noodles are cooked, put them in a bowl and complete them.
