a bacon steak
Steak derived from Norwegian gore, which means grilled, means, so to speak, the way meat is cut. In other words, it is a meat dish cut in the opposite direction of the muscle fiber to have a thickness of 2 to 2.5 cm. If you use thick bacon instead of meat, you can enjoy a simple but great steak. Eat tomatoes, pumpkins, bell peppers, etc. with ratatouille made with herbs and olive oil on the side.
