Yukgaejang kalguksu

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Put beef, 2 green onions, onions, radish, and whole garlic in a pot and make broth for about an hour. Take out the boiled meat and tear it into small pieces.
STEP 2/3
Put red pepper powder, soy sauce, minced garlic, and refined rice wine in blanched bracken and green onion and season them.
